It is with great regret that the BCMH announces the passing of well-known member Gordon Corrigan, MBE. He was commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 1962 and served as an officer of the Royal Gurkha Rifles before retiring from the Army in 1998 as a major. His service was mainly in the Far East, but also in Berlin, Cyprus, Belize and Northern Ireland. His last appointment was Commanding Officer of the Gurkha Centre in Hampshire. He subsequently became a prolific military historian and tour guide. He was a keen supporter of the BCMH and a friend to many BCMH members.

I’m sure I speak for all members when I offer our deepest condolences to his widow Imogen.
