The 2022 BCMH AGM will take place on Saturday 5th March at the National Army Museum.
The Committee is hopeful that, as planned, it will be a face to face event but if restrictions are still in place then it will take place via Zoom.
Attendance at the Meeting will be free to all fully paid-up Members. To acknowledge the desire of Members to meet after our last face to face AGM two years ago the Treasurer has generously decreed that catering will also be free to all such Members.
Details of Registration will be issued later this month or early next.

General Committee Members
Vacancies exist for two or three members without portfolio on the BCMH General Committee for election at the 2022 AGM. Committee members support the work of the Commission’s officers and oversee the management of the Commission’s business, contributing to policy making, governance and activities as required. General Committee membership reflects the range and diversity of the membership of the Commission, although the role particularly suits established members who wish to become more active in the affairs of the Commission. Experience in a comparable role is useful but not essential.
Members without portfolio are elected on a rolling basis with the expectation that they will remain in post for four years in the first instance. They are expected to attend four General Committee meetings every year (currently held virtually, but in normal circumstances face-to-face) and the annual AGM. Committee members may be asked to assume short-term responsibilities to support the ongoing activities of the Commission. Members who are interested in being considered for General Committee membership are asked to write to the Secretary General or President expressing their willingness to stand for election. We are happy to discuss the role and requirements with those interested.
